HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER:
Long gone are the days of traditional advertising in print or online.
Nowadays, readers will skim past a blatant ad, however through native advertising and content marketing you can still reach out your core audience.
I’m hugely passionate about writing meaningful, quality content for my readers to enjoy regardless of an article being sponsored or not.
I also proud myself in being honest and sharing stories that my readers can relate with and experiences that will strike a chord with them, while putting your brand’s message across.
So let me help tell your story with meaningful content, that showcases your brand values and fits my simple, effortless style.
To discuss brand collaborations, press trips and any potential projects, please contact me at email@example.com
NB: Please bear in mind that I do not accept product reviews in exchange for said product and ‘exposure’, Infographics of any kind, writing for ‘exposure, links exchange and guest posts.
Past projects with brands have included interior makeovers, styling posts shot in my home, curating Pinterest boards, product reviews, social media posts, giveaways, creating content for brands’ own blog and photography.

WHAT THEY SAY
« We’ve worked with Karine on a collaboration and couldn’t be more satisfied. Her style was a very good match to our brand. She understood the message we wanted to convey and, based on her own style and ideas, suitable curated products and produced authentic and inspiring content » Fernanda Santis, JUNIQE, October 2017
« Having worked with Karine on a campaign earlier this year I cannot speak highly enough about her. Her creative input and knowledge in the early discussions was invaluable and helped determine the direction we went. Her photography and writing style is great and her communication was excellent throughout, meaning the whole project ran smoothly and to agreed deadlines. I wouldn’t hesitate to collaborate with Karine on future projects, it was a pleasure working with her. » Alex Halls, WOLFSTAR CONSULTANCY (for Portmeirion UK), November 2017
« Not only is the BODIE and FOU Blog one of my favourite blogs to read, it has also been great for our business. Karine has a loyal following and her readers clearly value her opinion and follow her recommendations. We’ve been really happy with the number and quality of leads we’ve received from the BODIE and FOU blog ». Mandy Watkins, Founder of Hush Homewear
« Being featured on the BODIE and FOU blog is a treat. Karine has such a fantastic eye and we were in very good company when our post went live, surrounded by all the other loveliness that finds itself on the site! The clean layout of the content really supports our aesthetic too – the BODIE and FOU blog was the perfect fit for us » Laura Brown, No Added Sugar
« I could not have been more delighted with the styling and photography Karine and François did for my company. Karine has a truly inspirational talent for creating beautifully styled shots. Although the scenes she creates look effortlessly put together, it is clear that she carefully considers which props will best accessorise and showcase a product. The sister and brother team is clearly a winning combination. François’ photography is flawless and captures each of Karine’s set perfectly. The gorgeous product images that now fill my website definitively play in important part in the success of my business. » Natalie Hammett, Founder of THE LITTLE SQUARE GALLERY
Let me ask you a few questions…
Do you love white interiors, minimalist/Scandinavian design and homes that generally look effortlessly stylish?
Do you love fashion and like wearing cool, classy outfits even if you’re a mum or over 30?
Do you feel like whatever you age, you feel 10 years younger in your head and you still want to explore the world, push yourself and do lots of creative things?
Then you’ve come to the right place.
At home, I’m all about natural materials, simple lines, textures, white walls and natural light and when it comes to fashion, I share cool outfits that you can wear even if you’re 40+
I also believe in ageing gracefully, making peace with body issues and finding ways to bring together the fearless person I was at 30 with the more mature & confident one I am now. It’s still a work in progress!
So a bit of background…
I’m French born but lived in London for 19 years which is why my blog is both written in English and French.
I founded Award-winning concept store BODIE and FOU in 2005 which I ran for 10 years before selling it in January 2016 to focus on this blog of mine and my portrait. fashion photography.
I now work as a Brand Digital Consultant, Stylist and Photographer and travel regularly back to London and other places.
In 2016, we re-located to France in the Bay of Arcachon, where I spent most of my childhood holidays. It was meant to be for a year before we moved to Sydney but Life happened and we decided to stick around a bit longer.
Since then, I started surfing (age 40+) and my daughter Mila does surf & skate competitions.
I don’t know where we will be in a few years but right now, we love where we are.

WHAT THEY SAY
« Karine Candice is a French expat living in London who shares her inspirations, life and all-round creative ingenuity with the world via this blog. Go to the My Home section and sigh at the beauty of her residences (note the plural there). Then click on other links to check out the wonders she’s worked in different rooms – the naff old kitchen cupboards that she has transformed with black paint and a stainless-steel worktop, the charcoal-grey daughter’s nursery, the old pallet turned into a chic (no, really) coffee table. THE TELEGRAPH
« A French girl with Norwegian heritage, married to a Kiwi and living in London, Karine Köng loves to fill her home with family mementos and personal touches, proving that white, design-conscious interior can be welcoming and family friendly too. » RED MAGAZINE
« If you love European design and interiors, then you’ll like this find: a blog and an online store by the super cute sisters, Elodie & Karine Kong. BODIE and FOU is originally a business, an online store featuring some of the most stylish, contemporary European designs for the home and some of the World’s finest luxury gift ideas, but then Elodie and Karine added a blog which they call their “little black book”. The sisters enthusiasm for connecting people to great resources comes through and you get the feeling that their store benefits from this spirit. » APARTMENT THERAPY

» Delphine, Lectrice
« Just a little email to say I absolutely adore the store, the whole vibe, the blog, the Pinterest and absolutely everything BODIE and FOU.
