We really want you to be delighted with your order so you can tell all your friends and family about our little company!! If for some reason you’re not fully satisfied or you have simply changed your mind, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days and return the item to us within 14 days (7 days for sale items).
★ Goods must be (of course!) unused, unopened and in perfect condition (incl. original packaging) and must be in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to deduct 20% off the original value of any items if they are returned scratched, dismantled or partially put together (i.e. Normann pendant lights).
★ Returns are at your own expense, but you are welcome to drop them in to our Chiswick office and come & say hello to us! If you send them back via Royal Mail, make sure that you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Postage’ from the post office.
★ Refund do not apply to the original cost of postage, packaging and gift-wrapping and providing the person in charge of refunds is not stuck on a desert island or on holidays, we will aim to refund your order within a week
★ Where a discount has been applied for a discount/special offer, that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price.
★ Items returned beyond 7 days can not be refunded but may be exchanged at our discretion.
★ This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged delivery? Pfft…that isn’t fun we know!
Despite ensuring that all our orders are well-packed when leaving our warehouse, sometimes accidents happen in transit but don't panic!
Notify us within 48 hours and email us pictures of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com with your invoice number and we will sort it out for you and send you a replacement asap subject to stock availability!
