A goldmine of creativity
Edition PAUMES is a small and dynamic family-run Japanese publishers founded by Photographer and Art Director Hisachi Tokuyoshi and Fumie Shimojie, an Agent for French designers who met in Paris in 1996.
Now back in Japan, they represent French designers and illustrators like Carlotta, Tsé-Tsé and Maison Georgette to name a few.
Working closely with numerous artists, designers and creative people across Europe, each book published by Edition PAUMES explores the lives and environments of those who stimulate the creative industries and in doing so, has produced a very inspiring collection of "creative bibles" that overflow with ideas and inspiration.
Most books from the collection are written in Japanese, which gives them such a seductive style and interesting page layout.
