Add caption Today is a brand new day and I’m so happy about this.6.30 am yoga class done (and it felt good) ✗I just need to fit the 2nd one to catch up on yesterdayHave a craving yesterday was odd because since I had started yoga and changed my lifestyle, the cravings had all gone but I appreciate some days will feel like a breeze on this new journey to a healthy lifestyle and others will feel like hell. As a foodie, the major thing that enables me to stick to this new lifestyle, is actually making sure I treat myself with yummy, tasty and heathy dishes so it is not a chore… quite the opposite actually, eating really becomes a pleasure without the guilt of eating the wrong food.Last night, I couldn’t wait to have this healthy salad. It was nice and it made me feel good about myself too, knowing that I hadn’t given up.
