This season’s must-have white dresses

Following the perfect little white summer dress (for us the grown-ups), here is a selection of the most gorgeous white dress for little girls I’ve seen around.

The Paola Navone wallpaper collection

The Paola Navone wallpaper collection

Paola Navone and NLXL have teamed together to launch a new wallpaper collection: “Addiction” and I haven’t been excited by the launch of a wallpaper since Piet Hein Eek launched his Scrapwood wallpaper which I used in our guest bedroom in our holiday home in France. Recently inducted into the Interior Designers Hall of Fame, Italian Architect and designer both of products and interiors Paola Navone is known for designing beautiful things like the Ghost sofa she designed for Gervasoni, which I have the chance to have in our home in London. If the Ghost sofa is out of your budget, read this post and this one to achieve a similar result with Bemz Design. Shades of blue is a constant in Paola Navone’s work so it was inevitable that her new collection of wallpapers and murals “Addiction”, would also be an ode to this hue and I absolutely love how refreshing, vibrant, uplifting the collection is. Yes, it is out there, it is loud but it is such an explosion of patterns and hues of blues that it will transport you back to the Summer you spent on the Mediterranean coast.Which one from …

Amsterdam & Melbourne prints

Following the launch of our debut print collection at the Vipp flagship store in Copenhagen, I’m excited to announce the launch of a few new prints: the AMSTERDAM print and the MELBOURNE print. We also have a new stockist in Belgium! I’m really excited because Couleur Locale is one of my favourite shops and I love their collection. If you wish to become a stockist, feel free to send us an email at [email protected] xoxo

How to sleep better at night with EVE Mattress

How to sleep better at night

I have been dreaming about getting a new mattress to sleep better since Steve and I stayed in the Hilton hotel in Cyprus three years ago. The day after we arrived, I got food poisoning and spent three days in bed instead of lounging by the pool. This wasn’t exactly my idea of our weekend away. However, one thing I noticed, spending so much in bed, was how comfortable the mattress in our hotel room was. Buying a new mattress is one of those decisions that can take time. Realistically speaking, it’s an expensive purchase if you aim to get a good quality mattress that will last you for years. It’s a financial investment but it’s also an investment in your health and well-being. It has taken me three years since our stay in Cyprus to find the right mattress and now that I finally sleep well on our new Eve mattress, I really wish we had got one earlier. So what has changed since getting a new mattress? Back in 2012, we were sleeping on  Steve’s …

5 things I want right now!

1/ The AA Butterfly chair is one of my favourite pieces of design after the Paulistano chair. It has such an iconic design legacy and still looks amazingly modern considering it was designed in 1938. 2/Following my post on the Hush beachwear collection, I ordered the Kaftan dress in black to take to France with me next week. I already have this lovely glitter clutch and this military jacket. 3/During summer time, I’m usually more of a Birkenstock kind of girls, but for the sake of showing you different alternatives, I think these leather slides from ATP Atelier are really gorgeous (a pair of K Jacques St Tropez would be great too!). 4/Love this new black rattan clutch from Clare Vivier and of course, if you didn’t buy the La Tropezienne tote bag when we had it in the BODIE and FOU Collection, you should really order one from her site. 5/and I love this Dr Jackson’s 04 coconut melt which I bought a couple of weeks ago. It smells wonderful. I was also recommended this Fig + Arrow facial care kit for skins …

Inspiring place to eat in London: Story Deli Read on

Story Deli in London

My favourite place to eat pizza in London is Story Deli because visually, I think it’s one of the most inspiring places to be. As a lover of white interiors, textures and vintage, Story Deli feels like a second home to me. Over the years, Story Deli has moved around East London and is now located at the end of Bricklane on Bethnal Green Road. The new Story Deli is a lot more pared down than it used to be, like a more balanced, grown-up version, yet still so beautiful (you can glimpse the old one here). It has fewer tables than it used to have, the distressed white floorboards at the old location have been replaced by a concrete floor, space has still heigh ceilings and as today was a nice day, I particularly enjoyed the natural light flooding from two large sky windows. We (Steve, Mila and I) usually go there at weekends which is always packed so it was a real treat to have a late lunch today (Thursday) with my friend Catherine and share the space only with a …
