10 minimalist kitchens with grey units

7 minimalist kitchens with grey units

Now that we’ve sold our first holiday home (available on airbnb here) in the Bay of Arcachon to my best friend, we are starting to plan some renovation work to modernise the holiday home we spent most time in France. One thing we are looking at revamping is our Ikea kitchen which I have to admit has not aged. Today’s portrait session was in the new home of an Interior Designer. The house is not finished yet so we had to move a few boxes around to carve ourselves a little corner for the photoshoot but it was good fun. I will share some pictures with you once it’s finished. I loved the wooden ceiling, the concrete floor and this perfect little corner filled with natural light had two of my favourite chairs: the Panton chair by Vitra and the Eero Saarinen Tulip chair by Knoll. If you haven’t seen them yet, I have created a Facebook page for my Portrait Photography (click here to follow it) and a new Instagram account: Karine Kong Photography. If anyone is interested in doing a portrait session with me, I will be in London the first week of April so leave a comment or send me a message xoxo.
