30-day Birkram Yoga challenge | DAY 8

How are you today???
Personally, I’m feeling really great. My body is a lot stronger, leaner and I can see some improvement around my waist. 
I also felt very proud yesterday to overcome the negative feelings to go to the class because it turned out to be a great class. 

Right..this morning was measurement day today and it looks like I’ve lost about 1 cm all around. YEAH TO THAT!

Waist: 70 cm Vs 71 cm last week
Stomach: 80cm Vs 82 cm 
last week
Thigh: 54cm Vs 55.5 cm 
last week
Arm: 28 cm Vs 30.5cm

1 large glass of fresh orange juice + 2 slices of gluten-free toasts with avocado spread on it (delicious!)

Morning Snack: banana Afternoon Snack: 2 rice cakes + plenty of water throughout the day

Spicy Kings prawns salad with bulgur wheat (see full recipe here) & strawberry/blackberry fruit salad

Comment ça va ce matin???
Personnellement, j’ai la pêche et je me sens bien. Mon corps devient plus fort, plus fin et je commence à voir quelques améliorations au niveau de ma taille.
J’eétais aussi super fiere hier d’avoir surmonter mes pensées négatives et de m’être forcé à aller au cours de yoga puisqu’au final c’était un bon cours.

OK donc ce matin, j’ai pris mes mensurations pour comparer avec la semaine dernière et il semblerait que j’ai perdu environ 1 cm un peu partout.  YEAH!!!

Petit déj:
1 verre de jus d’orange frais + 2 tranches de toast sans gluten avec de l’avocat (délicieux!)

Morning Snack: banane Afternoon Snack: 2 rice cakes + 2 Ltr d’eau toute la journée

Ma super bonne salade de crevettes épicées avec bulgour
