Blue is definitively a colour that gets my attention comes Spring time and I really love the Design Lab 2016 collection done this year with Anna Glover.
Anna graduated from University College Falmouth in 2009 and returned to London to work as part of a creative studio producing dedicated artworks for high end, global fashion brands such as Givenchy, Cacharel, Etro & Armani. She specialises in creating distinctive, beautiful hand-painted artworks, brought to life through her skilled approach to colour, scale and digital surface print.
In 2013, she set up her own interiors company and since then has worked on bespoke residential projects in London and more recently abroad to create spaces that tell stories. Her talent for print and pattern was recently acknowledged when she landed herself a prestigious Elle Decoration Design Award in 2015.I love everything about this Design Lab collection which is a bi-annual collaboration initiative that supports home-grown creative talent, enabling sofa.com to team up with the best up-and-coming textile designers in the UK.
For this collection, Anna has produced two exclusive designs and the whole collection (a limited edition) will be available exclusively for six months across the full range of sofas, armchairs, footstools and scatter cushions.
Isn’t the styling gorgeous of these images beautiful too!? I’m in love with the first image, how about you?
