Be gentle with yourself, you're doing the best you can

Be gentle with yourself, you’re doing the best you can. Sometimes we just need a little reminder that we don’t have to get everything right. It’s OK.

Appreciate the journey rather than the result.
Enjoy the process and be gentle with yourself, love every bit of you even the ones you loathe. Look at yourself with compassion, with love the way you would be to a friend.
