Amsterdam & Melbourne prints

Following the launch of our debut print collection at the Vipp flagship store in Copenhagen, I’m excited to announce the launch of a few new prints: the AMSTERDAM print and the MELBOURNE print. We also have a new stockist in Belgium! I’m really excited because Couleur Locale is one of my favourite shops and I love their collection. If you wish to become a stockist, feel free to send us an email at [email protected] xoxo

NEW PRINTS BY HAM

In our house in France, I’ve created a feature wall in our lounge with various black & white prints and photos. The result is pretty cool, modern and striking. Since then I have been searching for a mini series of prints to achieve a similar look in a kids bedroom and I’ve finally found this gorgeous series of black & white prints. If I have to pick one, my favourite one is the Bouncing rabbit print but if you’re looking to create an impact, then a row of three or four of these prints will look beautiful and I think the design is so charming that they can easily be displayed around the home, in the hallway, kitchen or landing. When BODIE and FOU customers are good at styling….

I’m still nursing a gastroenteritis so I wasn’t super active over the weekend and just spent a few hours going through pages of emails. While sorting this out, I came across these two beautiful images that Elisabeth from Anton’s Home had sent us a while back, after she had purchased the Feathers print and the Type map print for France from us.At home, I’ve always framed the Feathers print in a black or white ribba frame from Ikea but I love how the wooden frame softens the look and with the few wooden objects Elisabeth added, it looks very pretty.I love the big glass jar too! I may have to source a few for BODIE and FOU, don’t you think? :-)PS: If you have gorgeous images of our products like these, feel free to email them to us!// Photography: (C) Anton’s Home J’ai une gastro depuis Lundi dernier donc je n’étais pas méga active ce weeekend et j’ai juste passé quelques heures Samedi à faire le tri dans mes vieux emails et je suis tombée sur ces superbes photos qu’Elisabeth du …

One gorgeous new print and new hair…

It’s not very often that I post images of myself (like never!) but yesterday we had a photoshoot + interview in my home for The Scotland on Sunday magazine (which will get featured this weekend) so I went to the ‘haircoiffeur’ (hairdresser) as Mila says.Once the photoshoot was over with Debra Hurford Brown, the photographer sent by the newspaper, Francois and I carrying on styling the new BODIE and FOU collection which includes this gorgeous SMALL TALK print I took home and he also took a few portraits of me while the blow-dry was still looking good… The print is by One Must Dash, a creative label set up by two talented Swedish girls: Anki Josefsson & Anneli Sandström who made a gorgeous collection of prints exclusively available for BODIE and FOU. I hope you’ll love this one as much as I do.Ce n’est pas très souvent que je partage des photos de moi (genre jamais!) mais hier, il y a eu un photoshoot chez moi + interview pour The Scotland on Sunday magazine (l’article va paraitre ce weekend) et donc je suis allée …

Styling from Amsterdam…

After chatting until 1am with Desiree and drinking wine, I got up this morning feeling a tiny bit tired but it was so great to catch up with Desiree and talked endlessly about interior design, styling and other creative things. This morning, I styled a few things I had brought with me from our collection.Desiree has really a gorgeous place that she styled beautifully. Wherever you look, there is an inspiring corner, little mood boards made with masking tapes. Her sense of style is very strong and she has created an amazing space with beautiful volumes and lots of natural light.Don’t you love this gorgeous clothes rail that she designed and got made by a local tradesman? I think it is beautiful! I have more photos to take this afternoon but here is a sneak-peek of the shots I did for the Do What You Think Is Right print and this gorgeous leather bag that goes nicely with my new white jacket from Zara…very Bianca Jagger in the 70s, don’t you think?Have a great weekend http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/UxVs
