I feel so full of positive energy this morning…I’ve just managed to complete my third workout this week and did the series of ten burpees like a breeze whereas 2 weeks ago, I wasn’t even able to do two of them so I’m very happy. Steve sent me the link to a very interesting TED video about how some people find exercises harder than others. You should watch it…it’s all about vision and my vision this year is that type of body, lean and strong. 1/ Given the weather in London, I was looking for a nice, new trench (my favourite one being this classic one from Burberry) and I came across this fab coat from Helmut Lang which a gorgeous cut. What do you think? 2/ My major ‘vision’ piece of clothing to wear in the next few months is this playsuit with plunge neck from ASOS. I’m determined to wear that kind of clothes again and if you missed it, you should read Walk the Talk. Until then, I’ve settled for this jumpsuit with tie waist. 3/ and isn’t this lace …
