Ok so yesterday it rained from 7am to 2pm non-stop and I pretty much hang out in my PJs during the same timeframe and gosh did it feel good to do this! So back to getting dressed…Today’s look pretty much sums up the mood…wrapped up in faux-fur ready for work with a touch of “can it still be the weekend” converse…
The coat and skirt above are from Lanvin and it looks nice but as far as fake fur is concerned, I’ve seen some pretty cool coats much more affordable than this to achieve the look like this longline coat from ASOS, this River Island Faux fur shaggy jacket or this Monky coat. However I’m totally smitten by this beautiful crochet knit jumper from Stella McCartney.
The other thing that caught my eyes were these these fa-bu-lous sparkle hot pants from French Connection (you can get 20% OFF using the code NOVFC20 at the check out here). If I was in my 20s or 30s, I would have snapped them without thinking twice but instead I got the long version similar to these.
This dress from Maje is lovely too and to keep track of my findings, I’ve created a Holiday party look board on Pinterest
