I had a bad day today…

Getting frustrated with things at work, necessary but not fun…
Getting impatient with the universe, with time, with everything…
Trying to be thick-skinned about things/comments…
When I’m at home, I do some DIY/sewing/or nothing
When I’m at work, I re-design the site…endlessly.
It takes my mind off things so here is our new homepage

Tomorrow is another day, tomorrow will be good, fun, positive and inspiring…
Have a lovely evening everyone. xoxo

  1. days like that are so ARGH! but the site looks awesome and i can’t wait for the jacqueline morabito stock :)

  2. @Rosa, thank you very much for your lovely little hello..short and sweet, perfect!

@Charlotte: me too but getting high-res is proving difficult, always the same with my French compatriotes…as if digital cameras dont exist in France, may have to shoot everything

  3. I agree on the bad day and the thankful bit about tomorrow being a new one – new day, new promises. Love it. Also glad to know that other bloggers out there have tough days and post about them. It’s not all apple pie as my friend would say. Thanks. xo

  4. I’m sorry for your bad day. Taking a cue from Judith Viorst’s Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day – my daughter would say, “some days are like that, even in Australia.
The fruits of your labor as represented in your blog are impeccable and much appreciated. I expect tomorrow will be far better.

  5. Thanks Julie! It’s very kind. Today is in fact already a lot of better as I got some great news from Australia…House Beautiful magazine ran a feature of our blue home over 10 pages and the whole thing looks wonderful so I will post it later on.
Have a great day in Seattle

  6. I love your blog too, and your website, truly lovely!! Hope today is a brighter day. Well at least the rain has stopped in London :)
