First time in years I don’t finish the year as a wreck. Christmas shopping is done, pretty much everything is gift-wrapped and true to my words, I walked 45 min and went to a Bikram yoga class yesterday. I felt so good afterwards that I’m going back today.
I didn’t stop yoga because I have been doing it at home* since August and this, has actually allowed me to maintain my flexibility and healed my back but let’s face it, the concentration& intensity of the workout is hardly the same and I had forgotten how good and purifying, sweating everything out for 90 min felt! So today, will be another day looking after myself starting with my daily green smoothie
