I recently washed by hand my beloved white jacket as per the instructions on the label that says NOT TO/DRY-CLEANING ONLY and as a result, wrecked it so I got a new one from Zara in Paris a couple of weeks ago. It’s a bit longer than my previous one but it’s very fitted and I love the 3/4 quater sleeves. I also love this one very much and this blazer.
When I bought the first one a few years back, I wasn’t sure I would wear it a lot but in fact, it turned out to be a great staple outfit when I was going out. With this Joseph silk blouse (or this Astrid top), black trousers and my Paul & Joe heels, it instantly exuded chic and style and I’ve worn so much that I didn’t think twice about getting a new one, which is kind of refreshing. I mean, how many times have we bought things we thought we would wear to see them hanging in our wardrobe forever!? Here, I’m wearing it with a V neck t-shirt and faux-leather trousers (until I get these), sneakers by Isabel Marant (it would also work well with a pair of New Balance).
