Don't forget...UK deliveries are trackable and require a signature. However, if you enter a safe place, no signature will be required.
If you are not present when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail or the courier company will leave a calling card for you to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or depot or re-arrange a re-delivery online. Please note that if you wish to change the address of delivery at this stage, a £5.95 charge will incur.
If you enter your workplace as the address of delivery, please make sure you specify the name of your company.

Special furniture delivery: Some pieces of furniture are too heavy or too voluminous to be handled by our usual courier and will require to be handled by a specialist company. If you are interested in ordering one of these, please contact our customer service team for a quote, mentioning the items you are interested in and your full address so we can give you a comprehensive quote.

Most countries around the world are listed. However, if your country is not listed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote specifying the products you wish to order.
Delivery costs are subject to the final size of the parcel and can greatly vary from one country to country.
Airlines charge shipping by volumetric weight (length x height x width divided by 5000) not the actual weight so an item that weights 2 kg may turned out to be 25 kg volumetric weight if it's large or voluminous.
Norwegian orders: Norwegian customs require international parcels to be supplied with a VAT number if the delivery address is a business address or the customer's ID number if the delivery address is a residential address. Transit time: Most parcels sent abroad via courier are usually delivered within 3 to 7 days, subject to weather intemperies, strikes and busy times at Christmas. Light parcels sent by Royal Mail International can take between 1 to 3 weeks.
VAT/GST and import duties:
We do not charge VAT to overseas orders and our website will deduct the VAT automatically for countries outside the EU. However, you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.
Very often, the local delivery company will call you prior delivery to pay these charges.
