Our pared-down & natural London home in Grazia

Our pared-down & natural London home in Grazia

I never got around to share with you the new pared-down and natural look of our London home after the renovations (you can see various stages of the renovations here). We have since then, sold the house, moved to our holiday home in France where I started more renovations (see the rooms I’ve already tackled here) Luckily, we managed to squeeze a photo shoot with Photographer Michael Paul who had already photographed the house for ELLE DECORATION before the renovations and the new house got featured in Grazia UK (yeah!!). As many of you reside outside the UK, I have managed to get hold of the pdf to share the whole feature with you… Downstairs, we gave the existing grotty kitchen a massive makeover (read all about it here), painted the brown beams in white and added a large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the garden. The latter is one design feature that I will do again. Being able to watch the changes of the seasons was beautiful and very special (see what I mean here and here and more under this hashtag). …

Being featured in As You Like magazine

In As You Like Magazine

I hope you’re having a nice weekend so far. Mine started nicely with a power walk listening to Louise Hay (has any of you started listening to her!? If you have, please let me know what you think) and then I took Mila to the gym so she could practice for her competition in a couple of weeks. When we came back home, there was a copy of As You Like magazine with 6 pages dedicated to our home in London and a profile about me. I’m so excited! I know I had press coverage in the past but that kind of things never gets old, believe me! As You Like magazine is a women’s magazine dedicated to the new e-generation and regularly draws profiles of Digital Influencers, Bloggers, Vloggers etc….I mean, how far have we all come as a profession to have a magazine just dedicated to all the inspiring people we find online, it’s incredible and it gives me so much hope for the next generation of women, our girls, to create something …

Our London home in Home Style NZ

A few weeks ago, our London home was featured in Home Style NZ magazine.   As the mother of a “freewi” child (franco-Kiwi) and being married to a kiwi, New-Zealand has a special place in my heart. It’s a beautiful country with very welcoming people and if you’ve never been, I strongly encourage you to go there once. You will fall in love with this beautiful country and its people. Our London family home in Milk Decoration

Seeing our London family home featured in Milk magazine was a major highlight this year. I have been a fan of Milk magazine for years now so I can’t tell you how happy I am to see our London family home in their magazine which is now available in English and French. My interview in Baby & Me Exclusive magazine

I’m very excited (non non jury service doesn’t rock my boat) but I was interviewed recently by the fabulous BABY & ME Exclusive magazine and the interview is out now. I love that they used this photo of the Pigmee doll, Mila is holding against her washed linen apron….two of my favourite items this season! And Elodie and I really need to have new photos of us together taken! The B&W one the magazine used is from the Grand Designs magazine photoshoot in 2008. And it seems that it is the week for all the interviews I answered recently to all come out at the same time so you will also find an interview on The Good Web Guide.
