I can’t tell you how much I love this bedroom. The matte black floorboards, the hues of dark and light grey stonewashed linen on the bed, the sheet of metal against the wall that becomes art…I could spend the whole weekend there.

We’re off to Jarnac on Sunday to a commemorative rugby match the Club has organised in memory of my dad. A part of me is looking forward to hearing stories about him but I know this is going to be a difficult day for us all.
Yesterday, the weather was so beautiful that almost forgot he was gone, for a split second, I thought it was a mistake, that he would soon come back from his daily walk and then it hit me that it wasn’t.
